Our award winning landscape designers can offer expert
advice on all aspects of your design - layouts, materials, construction, plant
selection, renovation and re-modelling processes are all included in our services.
Each of our designs is entirely unique and crafted to
fulfil the customer's own individual desires and requirements. The
final design will be fully estimated for construction by Timotay
Landscapes.
As well as designing and constructing many beautiful
private gardens, we have built an excellent reputation as commercial
landscape designers. We offer a special package specifically for New
Build Developments that has proved very popular.
What's involved in garden design?

1. Initial Consultation
For a nominal fee we'll provide an initial consultations to discuss what you're looking for in
your new garden and what your requirements are.
At this point you
can view our portfolios.
2. Site Survey
The site survey includes measuring all the dimensions of the garden, as
well as plotting all the other aspects of your garden, including light and
shade, heights, soil testing and established planting. We will
create a list of the most influential factors that will make the
design fit your lifestyle desires and budget.
3. Draft Design
Over the following few weeks we'll produce a draft design having drawn
upon our depth of knowledge taking into account your criteria and budget.
Presentation of the design and further discussion takes place and if
required alterations or adaptations may be made.
4. Final Garden Design
We produce a final presentation design, including planting layout
specification and in-depth detailing of key features such as ponds, etc.
5. Quotation & Bill of Quantities
Included in the final presentation will be a Detailed Bill of Quantities
and Quotation for the implementation of the work.
6. Project Management
We will ensure continuity throughout your project by appointing a
designated designer to oversee design and construction from conception to
delivery.
